Exterior Value Assessment (EVA)

Appraisal Resource Group, LLC offers a restricted use appraisal typically used for foreclosures, real estate-owned (REO), divorces, estates, wills, realtors, homeowners, and attorneys. This is a great option for homeowners who want to know what their home is worth.

An Interior Value Assessment (IVA) is suggested for recently updated or renovated homes,  or homes in less than average condition.  There is an additional charge of $50 for the IVA.

Foreclosures, short sales, and REO’s affect market values. This appraisal will provide a current, true value within the current market climate.

The EVA is strictly an exterior inspection and will not disturb or inconvenience the owners. The IVA requires an interior inspection.
